Account deletion

Delete your Conditiond account.

Athletes can delete their account directly in the Conditiond app, and it takes effect immediately. Here's how, and exactly what's removed.

Athletes — delete your account in the app

You can delete your account yourself, from inside the Conditiond app. You don't need to email us or contact your coach.

  1. Open the Conditiond app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom.
  4. Tap Delete my account.
  5. Confirm.

It takes effect immediately. You're signed out straight away and cannot sign in again.

What gets removed

If a club or coach invited you: we remove your login, your connected apps (such as Strava) and the activities synced from them, and your notification settings. Your coach keeps the training records they hold — your profile, test results and session history — because your club controls that data. We let your coach know your account has been deleted. If you also want the club's records removed, contact your club directly.

If you signed up as an individual athlete: everything is removed — your login and profile, every fitness test result and your MAS history, your sessions and training history, and your connected apps. This cannot be undone, and the app warns you clearly before you confirm.

For how long any residual or backup copies are kept, and the rights you have over your data, see the Data retention section of our Privacy Policy.

Coaches and club administrators

Coach and club administrator accounts are managed by your organisation and can't yet be deleted from within the app. To request deletion, email hello@conditiond.app from the address you use to sign in.
