Our mission
We're building the conditioning platform that should have existed 10 years ago.
Evidence-based, accessible, and built for real coaches — not lab scientists.
The problem we noticed
Strength has rules. Conditioning has guesswork.
Strength training has been standardised for decades — 8-12 reps for hypertrophy, 3-6 for strength. Everyone knows the rules.
But conditioning? Coaches are still guessing. They collect fitness test data but don't know how to turn it into programs. They prescribe the same session to every athlete regardless of fitness level. The tools don't exist.
What we're building
Conditioning, standardised.
conditiond standardises conditioning the way rep ranges standardised strength training. Test your athletes, get their MAS — their Maximal Aerobic Speed — and every session is automatically personalised. No sports science degree required.

A conditioning scientist and a product engineer walk onto a field.
Nathan Heaney
Co-founder · Conditioning Science
Nathan is a world leader in conditioning science, with more than 20 years in the field as a practitioner, researcher, and coach educator. He has published peer-reviewed research, presented at international conferences, and consulted to sporting clubs and associations around the world. In 2020 he founded The Conditioning Consultant, which has since upskilled thousands of coaches — and built a 12,700+ community of practitioners — in both the science of conditioning and its practical application. He continues to shape the field, writing and presenting for the pioneering sports science and strength & conditioning education platforms that train coaches globally. conditiond isn't software that's spawned out of the recent wave of AI-generated apps: it's built by a practitioner who already has the trust and respect of the team sport, S&C, sport science, and medical community it now serves — which is why every number in the platform stands up to scrutiny.
Dayne Nash
Co-founder · Product & Technology
Dayne brings more than 25 years in SaaS, spanning every discipline from software engineering to product management, global sales, and strategic partnerships. As the third employee at PageUp, a world-leading HR technology platform used in 190 countries, he helped grow the business from a Melbourne startup through to international success and private equity exit — experience that shaped how he thinks about building products people actually want to use. A lifelong athlete, Dayne grew up playing basketball and soccer before turning to endurance sport, representing Australia five times at the Amateur Triathlon World Championships and finishing multiple Ironman events. He brings that rare combination of technical depth, commercial experience, and a personal understanding of what it means to train for world-class competition — and why coaches deserve better tools.
