Platform

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Coaches told us they want less complexity, not more. Every feature in conditiond exists to take work off your plate.

12+ Fitness Tests

30-15 IFT, Yo-Yo IR1/IR2, 2K Time Trial, Beep Test, Bronco, Carminatti (T-CAR), UMTT, and more — each with validated conversion formulas built in. Enter a raw result and conditiond computes your athlete's Maximal Aerobic Speed (MAS) instantly, and shows a clear visual setup diagram for every protocol so you know exactly how to run it. No lookup tables, no spreadsheet formulas, no guessing — MAS is the single number that drives every prescription in the platform.

Automatic Conditioning Groups

Athletes are sorted into 3-4 conditioning groups based on their MAS — Gold, Silver, Bronze. Instead of one-size-fits-all sessions where your fittest athletes coast and your least fit get buried, every group trains at the right intensity for their level. Retest, and groups update automatically. Manual overrides are there when you need them.

Session Builder

Build sessions across the full MAS intensity continuum — from long tempo runs at 75-80% MAS through to supramaximal and anaerobic efforts above 130% MAS. Prescribe by distance or duration, set work-to-rest ratios, and choose from three intensity tiers (gold, moderate, easy). Every rep is automatically calculated per athlete based on their MAS — you set the session, conditiond does the maths.

Anaerobic Speed Reserve

MAS captures an athlete's aerobic ceiling — but two athletes with identical MAS can have very different top-end speed. Add a maximum-sprint test and conditiond calculates each athlete's Anaerobic Speed Reserve (ASR), so high-intensity and supramaximal efforts are prescribed off their real speed range, not a one-size assumption. It's the nuance MAS alone can't capture, built into every session.

Cross-Training & Multi-Modal

Take conditioning off the field without losing the science. Test athletes on the bike, rower, ski erg, or assault bike to find their Maximal Aerobic Power (MAP) — the erg equivalent of MAS — and every session is prescribed in personalised watts and zones. Built for rehab, deloads, indoor blocks, and performance facilities running mixed modalities under one roof.

Program Generator

Answer questions about your sport, season phase, training frequency, and goals — and get a periodised, multi-week conditioning program in minutes. Built on a long-to-short model: aerobic base work in pre-season progresses to short, high-intensity and supramaximal efforts as competition approaches. Every session includes built-in progressive overload and scheduled deload weeks. It's the methodology of an expert conditioning consultant, automated.

Visual Session Diagrams

See exactly how a session sets up on your surface. conditiond draws each session to scale on your actual venue — AFL oval, rugby or soccer pitch, hockey or Gaelic field, netball or basketball court, athletics track, or treadmill — folding long runs into shuttles or laps to fit, and marking the cones, distances, and equipment you'll need. Pick how many groups you're running and the whole layout updates. Every fitness-test protocol gets the same visual setup, so nothing's left to guesswork on the field.

Session Calendar

Schedule sessions across your week and assign them to teams or conditioning groups. See your entire training block at a glance — supervised sessions, self-run sessions, and game days all in one view. conditiond understands when games and technical training occur, so your conditioning load fits around the rest of the program.

Squad Status

See every athlete's status at a glance — Fully Fit, Modified Program, Injured, or Unavailable. Know who's ready before you plan the session, not after. Attach specific rehab or modified conditioning programs per athlete, and keep a full audit trail of every status change. No more group chats asking who's available on Thursday.

Athlete App

Athletes open their phone and see exactly what to do — every pace, distance, and rest period calculated from their own MAS. No more whiteboards, no more shouting numbers across the field. After each session, athletes log RPE feedback that flows straight back to you, so you can track how the load is landing without adding admin.

Load & Readiness Monitoring

Every completed session feeds an automatic training-load model — including acute-to-chronic workload ratios — so you can see when an athlete is ramping too fast or dropping off. Athletes log a 30-second daily wellness check-in, and a readiness dashboard blends it with availability to flag who's primed and who needs managing, before you plan the session.

Wearable Connections

You don't need $50K in GPS units — but if your athletes already train with a watch, conditiond connects to it. Link Strava or Polar and completed runs match automatically to prescribed sessions, so feedback flows in without anyone typing it. Garmin support is next.

Printable Session Cards

Print a session straight from the builder — every athlete's personalised paces, split times, and work-to-rest, grouped by conditioning group and colour-coded by intensity zone. Take it offline to the training ground, the gym, or the far oval where Wi-Fi doesn't reach, ready to hand to an assistant coach or pin to a clipboard.

Dark Mode

Because coaches check their phone at 6am on a cold training field, and athletes review sessions under stadium lights. Easy on the eyes, easy on the battery. Designed for real-world coaching environments, not office screens.

Multi-Sport

AFL, rugby, soccer, basketball, netball, hockey, GAA, cricket — any team sport with a conditioning component. The science of MAS applies across every code. conditiond adjusts session types, volumes, and training variables for your sport, so whether you're coaching on a full oval or a half court, the programming fits.

vs Spreadsheets You didn't become a coach to manage spreadsheets.

vs Strength platforms They do strength. We do conditioning. Together, your program is complete.

vs GPS units You don't need $50K in GPS units. You need a field, a test, and conditiond — and it still connects to the watch they already wear.

vs Nothing Until now, there was nothing. conditiond exists because coaches deserve better.
