Who we are
conditiond is operated by Conditiond App (ABN 24 231 575 147), an Australian registered partnership. You can reach us at hello@conditiond.app.
What we collect
On this website, we collect your name and email if you submit the demo request form.
In the conditiond app, we collect the information needed to deliver conditioning programs — such as coach and athlete profiles, fitness test results, and session data. Where athletes opt in, we may also sync activity data from connected wearable services.
How we use it
We use your data to operate the platform and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your data or share it with third-party advertisers.
Data security
Data isolation is enforced at the database level using Row Level Security. Organisations cannot see each other's data, and athletes can only see their own. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Our database is hosted on Supabase in the AWS Sydney region.
Data retention
While your account is active, we retain your information so we can provide the service. When an account is deleted, here is how long different information lasts:
- We delete or de-identify the personal information we hold for the account within 30 days of actioning the request.
- Residual copies may persist in our encrypted backups for a short period after that — up to 7 days — and are removed as those backups age out on their normal cycle.
- Anonymised and aggregated performance data that no longer identifies any individual, team or organisation may be retained indefinitely. This is deliberate — it is how we build population benchmarks — and it is genuinely de-identified.
- Where we must keep records for legal or tax reasons (for example, billing records once paid subscriptions launch), we keep those for as long as the law requires.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time. The full process, including how we verify a request, is on our account deletion page. To request deletion, email privacy@conditiond.app from the address you sign in with, using the subject "Delete my account".
conditiond is used by clubs and teams as well as by individuals, so who manages your data — and therefore how a deletion is handled — depends on how your account was set up:
- Coaches and account holders: ask us and we delete your information directly.
- Athletes added by a club or coach: your club owns and manages the records it created about you, and we handle those on the club's instructions. You can still send your request to us — we will always delete the information we hold for you directly, such as your login, any connected wearable accounts, and your push notification tokens, and for the records your club manages, we pass your request to the club and support them in actioning it.
- Athletes who signed up independently: if you created your own account with no club, we action your deletion request directly.
If your information has contributed to our anonymised, aggregated performance data, you can also ask us to erase your contribution from that archive, and we will.
Cookies & tracking
The conditiond app does not use third-party tracking cookies. This marketing website uses Google Analytics (GA4), provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type. This information helps us measure traffic and is not used to personally identify you.
You can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by declining analytics cookies where a consent prompt is shown. Local storage is used only for non-sensitive UI preferences that stay on your device.
