conditiond Coach

It writes the program. Then it rewrites it when the week falls apart.

The only platform that generates team conditioning programs from your squad's own testing data. Not a chatbot, and not a template. Every number is computed by the same model that wrote the program.

Every other platform is a filing cabinet. You write the program, the software stores it and sends it to your athletes. When Tuesday's session loses half the pitch, you are back to guessing.

conditiond Coach does the writing. Feed it your squad's test results and it derives a full season of conditioning: every rep distance, every rest period, every intensity, individual to each athlete's MAS.

Then it holds. Tell it the space is halved, the session got cut, there is no wheel to measure with, a game moved, and it re-derives the session around the constraint while protecting the physiological dose you were meant to get. Two options, every time, with the compromise stated in plain English.

Nothing is generated by an AI guessing at conditioning. It is computed, by the same model that wrote the program.

One module, two halves

Generation and adaptation, sold as one thing.

Split them and each half is weaker. A program you cannot adapt is a PDF, and an adaptation engine with nothing to adapt is a calculator.

Half one

It writes the season

Squad tests become MAS per athlete, then conditioning groups, then a phased program for pre-season, in-season, off-season or the full year, with every session parametrically filled to the individual. It is delivered a block at a time, so the plan can still respond to how the block actually went.

Half two

It holds under constraint

Twelve adjustments, live in the session view. Each one re-derives the session around what actually changed while protecting the dose. The constraints below are the ones coaches raise most often, ranked by how often they come up.

Computed, not generated.

01

Every competitor is a delivery platform

TeamBuildr, TrainHeroic, Bridge, TrainingPeaks. The coach authors the program, the software stores it and sends it out. They compete on how well they distribute a program you already wrote. conditiond competes on writing it, which is a different product category entirely.

02

It computes, it does not generate

The adjustments are deterministic solvers, not a language model improvising. Same constraint in, same answer out, every time, and the answer holds the physiological dose invariant. That is the whole point. In a market filling up with chatbots bolted onto training apps, computed beats generated.

03

The compromise is always stated

When a constraint cannot be absorbed for free, conditiond Coach says what was traded and why. Two options, each with its cost in plain English. It never silently downgrades a session, which is what makes it usable by the coach who most needs it: the one who cannot audit a black box.

A consultant writes you one season. This writes every one of them.

A conditioning consultant writes you a season for $5,000 to $20,000. conditiond Coach writes one every phase, for every athlete, and rewrites it every time the week changes.

Built on twenty years of conditioning practice, hundreds of coaches consulted and presented to, and thousands of questions asked.
